Our travels are both Foreign and Domestic, and include scientific forays, adventure, cultural exchange, and just plain fun.
Looking toward Cairo
The Gizeh Plateau is high, and looking over the forepaw of the Sphinx we see the city of Cairo in the distance. The late afternoon means a cool respite from the desert heat as we look forward to dining in the sky lobby of the Carelton Hotel in the city's bustling downtown.
